I don't know why time captivates my thoughts so often when I sit to welcome you to our community newsletter, but here I am again realizing 2010 is now half gone. This is the year of awakening to our power in community. This is the magical time of looking beyond the struggle and chaos as institutions fail and focusing, instead, on the spirit of cooperation which will be required to thrive again.

New leaders will soon emerge from our ranks who will inspire the changes we crave. My friends, you are those leaders, leaders who understand the power of belief and coherence between the conscious and subconscious mind. Please look within today and find the jewels of inspiration that will allow you to spread your butterfly wings, when all others saw was a caterpillar self destructing.
